Terms and Conditions

We have a no return policy. However we can exchange goods free of charge within 14 days from the date of delivery, only if faulty and provided that they are in an unused condition and sent back in their original packaging. To process orders it requires between 2 to 8 weeks from the date the order is placed, this depending on number of items, styles and leather availability in the colour/s requested. Once ready the goods are sent by recorded next day delivery for the UK and by a safe courier for the rest of Europe and Worldwide. There is a minimum charge for postage of £ 7.00 for UK deliveries and of £15.00 for the rest of Europe which increases according to weight and size of parcel. Worldwide postage will vary according to each different country. Prior to processing the order , we would send the customer swatches of leather in the colour/s required and we will proceed only on confirmation of exact shade chosen.
